Ledová noc odešla,
neruš jejích domén.
Na obloze ptáček zazpíval
Mlžným ránem ševelí
tu zvuky dojemné.
Ruší mrtvé ticho
ležící dokola.

Ozývá se skřivan,
lišák zmizel
do polí.
Ledňáček zčeřil hladinu,
podívej.
Mezi stromy
řeka zeleně proudí.
Unáší mne
nekonečným létem
do moří.

A v té líné řece
já se tiše uložím.
Slunce mne svou září
obkládá.
Po poledni oddávám se
jeho paprskům,
než tu záři pohltí
můj městský dům.
